The NFL Global Security Operations Center (NFL GSOC), located within the NFL Films building in Mt Laurel New Jersey, is a critical component of the NFL Security Department, providing access to department services while ensuring the League has a proactive posture to address current and emerging threats leveraging offensive and defensive capabilities. The Operations Assistant will aid the NFL GSOC in addressing security incidents across the League and its stakeholders, assist in security related tasks, and participate in projects and services in support of operations and events.
Monitoring security cameras from all League offices
Monitor and assist with card access systems requests
Responds to all emergency situations in accordance with proper policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned by the Supervisors and/or Security leadership.
Manage visitors and telephone calls, determine the nature of requests and direct callers to appropriate staff or personally provide the desired information.
Triage and respond to requests for information such as status of reports, suspense dates, and similar information readily available from files.
Assist in the development of reports, statistical data, briefs, forms, and other documents.
Responsible for answering routine and emergency calls, monitoring alarms and video equipment including fire alarms, camera systems, door alarms, and duress alarms, and providing general assistance to employees, vendors, and guests.
Assist in the management of Emergency Mass Communication System
Will assist in security incidents (medical, safety, natural disasters, etc.) and dispatch security officers, ERT, facilities, police, fire, and EMS personnel as required via telephone and/or radio.
Act as a liaison between all departments and the Global Safety & Security team.
Collaborate with other internal business units regarding incident reports related to GSOC support and security incidents.
Aid in research in support of security incidents and investigations
Proficiency in web-based social media for monitoring
Check to ensure all Access Control, CCTV, and other tools are working properly
Assist GSOC staff, security department personnel, and League employees in fielding service requests as needed
2-3 years 2-3 years of experience working in a command center or intelligence fusion center environment or experience in emergency management, public safety, intelligence, corporate security operations, incident management, or supplemented by equivalent education.
Strong computing skills and comfort with data input
Proficiency in Microsoft tools and services
Experience doing extensive research in support of projects
High school diploma or GED certificate
Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related position

Terms / Expected Hours of Work
The Operations Assistant will be expected to work 40 hours a week with accessibility via phone and email in off hours. Personnel serving in this position may be requested to work weekends and at times operate outside of normal business hours in support of League games and events.
