Creative, communications minded achiever to provide innovative direction and support around pre-promotion and on-site execution of communications efforts for the NFL’s signature events. Manage and develop all NFL event specific fan facing and internal staff communication assets for events and large-scale meetings. Contribute expertise and organization to the NFL’s guest services event staff training and recognition program. Support the NFL Event Strategy team as needed with onsite event related activations and special projects related to the successful execution of all events throughout the season.


  • Responsible for the development and review of descriptive messaging around NFL Event specific attractions for all fan facing events including copy and content for the NFL Event app, mobile ticketing communication materials and all event related fan and staff content.

  • Develop event focused local social listening strategy working closely with the local event host cities to set up and operate a Social Media Command Center or other local communication program at NFL Events to ensure NFL fan expectations are well represented.

  • Work closely with Director of Event Strategy and Fan Integration on the coordination of the NFL’s guest service staff training and recognition program to develop new concepts to achieve best in class experiences for fans at all NFL events. Manage and develop deliverables to support guest services program including development of recognition incentive program, website content and other outreach.

  • Work with full Events’ team to develop & execute tentpole events including but not limited to: Super Bowl, Pro Bowl, Draft, Combine, and Kickoff

  • Support other event functions as needed

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree or comparable experience required

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills are a must

Preferred Qualifications

  • Organizational skills

  • Project management skills a must

  • Event production background

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, MS Teams and all MS Office products

  • NFL employees are required to work 40 hours per week.
