As an Associate Front End Engineer, you will be responsible for writing code for the entirely new set of NBA products across the ever-growing ecosystem of HTML5 powered connected devices (Xbox, PlayStation, Samsung, Hisense, and others). You possess a strong technical base and wish to further your expertise in software design and architecture. Major Responsibility:

  • Contribute TypeScript/JavaScript code to build features and to address issues across the product

  • Create iterative and approachable code commits illustrated in well-documented pull requests Implement and maintain the appropriate unit, UI, and integration tests

  • Follow workflow processes, automations, and integrations

  • Manage workload and organization using agile methodology and project ticketing tools

  • Participate in code reviews and collaborate with other engineers to produce high quality work

Required Skills/Knowledge:

  • 1+ years of professional experience architecting, developing, and launching software products and/or services

  • Knowledgeable of platform patterns, designs, and idioms

  • Understands standard workflow tooling for source management

  • Experience with agile development philosophies and practices Interest in specific domains for sports and live-sport-event technologies: Videostreaming, low-latency networking strategies, etc.


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Salary Range:

  • $90,000 to $110,000 per year
