Job Responsibilities

  • Create and complete Daily Predators Box Office Report including compiling and generating all related Archtics reports.

  • Create and complete Daily Predators Foundation Box Office Report including compiling and generating all related Archtics reports.

  • Ensure all cash and checks payments are processed in Archtics and deliver to finance.

  • Work with Accounting and Ticket Operations Manager, Corporate Development to answer all questions related to Archtics transactions.

  • Build and execute season ticket holder give-away events in Archtics which could include renewal gifts, holiday gifts, or sponsor related initiatives. Ensure scanning of these events is possible depending on location of pick up, work with Ticketmaster on additional access points for scanning and scanner inventory.

  • Assist in building Nashville Predators Foundation events in archtics to be sold through Account Manager, including Petey’s Preds Party, Wine Festival, GnashVegas, and Craft Beer Festival. Other responsibilities will include assisting to build donation events and managing inventory for Zamboni rides, Scoreboard Announcements, and Penalty Box Seats to be sold via a donation on Account Manager.

  • Help to build other events as needed to be sold on Account Manager for Premium Ticket Sales, Ford Ice, Bridgestone Arena, Parking, and other special offers.

  • Implement dynamic pricing by updating price codes in archtics once TMOne host updates have been made.

  • Assist with all aspects of season and individual ticketing, including account and manifest management, ticket invoicing, ticket printing, and ticket distribution.

  • Provide support in processing all season ticket, individual and single game exchanges on a daily basis. All orders must be completed prior to game time.

  • Assist with season ticket renewal, extension and playoff processing by providing accounts with necessary invoices, processing orders, and managing digital order form process.

  • Ensure game day checklist is completed prior to doors, including but not limited to test scanning tickets, blocking unpaid accounts, running necessary reports, printing relocation tickets, and processing all orders for that night’s game.

  • Assist in processing In-House orders, ticket comp requests, Lexus Lounge passes, premium orders, groups, and parking orders as needed.

  • Contribute positively to the sales team atmosphere by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all sales team members.

  • Updates Premium Seating Report weekly.

  • Assumes supervisory role on event nights with part time ticket sellers and assists with solving event night ticketing issues.

  • Provide quality customer service for all Bridgestone Arena patrons.

  • Prepare all ticket distribution prior to event.

  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Four (4) year college degree required.

  • One (1) year of Box Office Experience.

  • Cash Handling Experience

  • Accounting experience, accuracy with numbers strongly preferred.

  • Competent in Ticketmaster and Archtics software.

  • Required to work long hours on event days.

  • Possess strong problem-solving, interpersonal, conflict resolution and communication skills.

  • The selected candidate must be able to work evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.

  • Demonstrates good judgement.

  • Ability to handle and keep information confidential.

Essential Physical Requirements:

  • Physical activities include sitting, walking, and standing for prolonged periods of time, as well as bending, squatting, climbing stairs, kneeling, twisting, lifting, grasping, balancing and handling of materials.

  • Ability to speak and communicate clearly with others.

  • Ability to work in cold temperatures on occasion.

  • Ability to lift and carry a minimum of 20 lbs.

  • Excellent computer skills.

  • High Finger Dexterity.

  • Excellent speaking and listening skills, requiring the perception of speech.

  • Ticketmaster ticketing system, TM Entry, Archtics, Ticketmaster One, Excel, Glitner, Eventbrite, Spinzo

  • Office Equipment (PC based desktop, Multi-line Phone System, etc.)
