Essential duties and responsibilities during events include -

• Fluid cleanup.

• Debris cleanup and removal.

• Track cleaning and assisting Maintenance team with track repairs.

Qualifications/Requirements -

• Common sense, good judgement, and the ability to think logically.

• Reliability and punctuality.

• Ability to work overtime including some evenings and weekends.

• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Prior track experience preferred.

Certifications -

• NASCAR Online Training.
