NASCAR is looking for a talented professional for our Customer Acquisition Specialist role. The Customer Acquisition Specialist works as part of the Data Strategy Team to set strategy and execute campaigns designed to collect and nurture new leads. The Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams, including Digital, Ecommerce, Media, Content, Track Marketing, Partnership Marketing, and Sales, to attract new consumers, capture key data points, and engage in ways that help strengthen interest in NASCAR.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Create and execute strategies, in partnership with the Data Strategy team and other cross-functional teams, to to drive new acquisitions across digital channels, as well as at community and track events

  • Define KPIs and set strategy, in collaboration with Data Strategy leadership, to effectively optimize, funnel, and channel performance

  • Work with Data Strategy and Marketing teams to analyze new audiences and develop personalized journeys to deepen interest and engagement with NASCAR

  • Ensure each campaign has the proper tracking to follow and analyze from point of collection, to subscription, and monetization

  • Determine Cost Per Acquisition across the customer lifecycle to acquire, engage, and monetize new leads

  • Stay ahead of current trends, emerging technologies, and innovative top of funnel practices

Travel: 15%, including weekends

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree from four (4) year college or university required plus a minimum of three (3) years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Proficient on all company provided hardware and software, including Microsoft office suite. Experience with Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or other web analytics tools is a plus.

OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • Able to articulate ideas to all levels of the organization

  • Strong listener

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social advertising platforms, and paid search

  • Knowledgeable of Privacy Laws and Sweepstakes regulations
