The Partnership Success Team is responsible for capitalizing on a passionate and loyal fan base by executing various marketing elements across numerous advertising mediums. We are a passionate group who excel in a fun, fast-paced environment. No day is like the next, which we like. We are required to listen and effectively communicate with many prospective/current partners and sometimes most-of-all, with our internal channel owners. We put service and success at the heart of everything we do, and our Partnership Success Manager plays a key role in supporting our team.

As our Partnership Success Manager, YOU Will:

  • Manage and grow high-profile accounts. Working alongside the Corporate Sales team, you will provide marketing support, create presentations, and coordinate contracts for assigned accounts. You will also aid in the renewal process for current clients, as well as prospecting for new leads.

  • Execute the fulfillment of contract obligations. You will work with Marketing and the Corporate Sales team to ensure all deliverables are fulfilled and assist with the creation of new programs and promotions.

  • Provide event and game day support. The work we do with our partners is on center stage during games and other events. You will continue to build strong relationships with partners during these crucial times.

THE FINE PRINT:

  • 1 to 3 years sales and/or related marketing experience working in the sports and entertainment industry or similar field is expected.

  • The ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays is required.
