Position Summary
The Minnesota Twins are seeking a bright, motivated professional to join our fast-paced, high growth Target Field tours and sports education program. This role will set the pace for our team and is responsible for the first impression to educators and Target Field guests. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, education, technology, excellent communication skills and a drive to create memorable experiences. This role will support our part-time staff and work closely with department across the organization, such as, Technology, Target Field Events, Ballpark Operations, Finance, Ticket Office, and Community Engagement.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Be a gracious host to Target Field guest, potential clients, and external partners.
Provide a consistent level of premium service and promotion of the Twins fandom.
Confidently speak in front of large visitor groups, describe points of interest, and respond to questions.
Coordinate product, event, and content email campaigns, including copy, scheduling, and database management.
Create spreadsheets, perform analysis, and summarize results.
Organize logistics and supporting Ballpark Tours and the Learning Through Baseball preparations.
Aggressively seek out new business opportunities by researching trends and emailing potential clients.
Assist with creating arcuate invoicing and payment receivables.
Ensure compliance with Health and Safety laws and standards.
Perform a variety of administrative tasks to support the management team
Requirements
Required Experience and Education:
College degree or equivalent experience.
Demonstrated passion for learning, growth, education, and hospitality.
Aptitude to engage with customers in a high energy environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must have experience and skills in programs such as Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.

Demonstrated ability to accept coaching and feedback, as well as using that feedback to pivot growth.
Experience collaborating with and supporting colleagues and cross departmentally.
Previous customer service, support or client facing experience.

Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes weekdays and special events.
Ability to work constructively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of appropriate learning psychology, styles, and strategies.
Maintain a professional personal appearance, attitude, and work behavior at all times.

Flexibility and adaptability are required.
Ability to speak in other languages is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift items weighing as much as 25 pounds.
Must be able to work standing or in a seated position during the workday.
Must be comfortable walking to navigate the facility to access the office, storage room, etc.
Must be able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level can be high at times.
Must be able to work extended hours as event scheduling may dictate.
This is a part-time position that will work an average of 32 hours per week.
