  • Assist with inventory and maintenance of all machines and equipment.

  • Ensure batting cages are organized and set up for daily activities.

  • Assist with team laundry and other cleaning duties.

  • Assist with fulfilling equipment order for Minor League affiliates.

  • Transport players to and from airport and various appointments.

  • Track all packages delivered to the sports complex and distribute to the proper location.

  • Ensure proper maintenance of company vehicles (service, refueling, etc.)

  • Set up practice, games, conference room meetings.


Required Experience and Education:

  • College student or recent college graduate.

  • Valid driver's license

  • Must be willing to relocate to Fort Myers, Florida for the baseball season.

  • Strong work ethic and organizational skills.

  • 1 year of equipment operations experience at either the MLB or MiLB level is preferred.

  • Fluency in written and spoken Spanish is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift items weighing as much as 50 pounds.

  • Able to stand for extended periods of time.

  • Able to work in a seated position for an extended period of time.

  • Able to be productive in a work environment where the noise level may be high.

Time Commitment: January 2023 - October 2023

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $17/hour; Relocation/Housing assistance available up to $2,500.
