What would you do?
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform these essential functions:
Gather footage from the videographers, edit clips for posting and pass on to the social team.
Shoot postgame media avails and send to the social team for posting.
Shoot b-roll pregame and during games of things like fans, concessions, promotions and events, etc.
Shoot player arrivals, editing, and passing on to the social team.
Bonus: Attend team practices and shootarounds to shoot media availabilities
Must be available for all home games, able to work in a fast paced, fast turn around environment. Additional availability ideal for practice and shoot arounds.
Experience: 0-2 years of experience in service, working in sports preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility, if any: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities.
Travel: Position may require travel.

This job operates in a professional office environment. In addition to working office hours staff may be required to work Timberwolves and Lynx games as well as external events including but not limited to: charity and networking events. Work is both sedentary and active in nature. The working environment is generally favorable, and office lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard office equipment available. This job also operates in a sports arena, which includes bleachers/steps as well as moderate noise levels.
Work is generally sedentary in nature. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, as well as operate computers and other office equipment. Staff will occasionally ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena both on event days and non-event days. Staff will frequently move boxes of merchandise and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
