Position Summary/Objective:
The primary focus of this position is to oversee and manage the operations of multiple technology platforms utilized by members for the Minnesota Timberwolves & Lynx.
What would you do?
Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals to perform these essential functions:
Manage the membership functions of the Timberwolves App including member badge install, loading court cash, troubleshooting, and observing utilization.
Collaborate with Timberwolves Team Store and Concession Partners regarding customer concerns or feedback to improve the member discount experience.
Monitor Ticket Management systems including the Timberwolves App and Fan Account.
Regulate Member Exchange submissions, monitor inventory and troubleshoot member errors.
Operate Pack Perks including processing orders, communicating redemption details and executing in-game experiences.
Facilitate training for Timberwolves service staff providing the knowledge to troubleshoot questions or concerns before need of escalation.

Proficiencies or equivalent experiences:
Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
Able to interface with colleagues, senior executives, and clients effectively and personably, recognizing the need to adjust communication style accordingly to the audience.
Ability to tactfully handle and resolve issues and follow up accordingly.
Computer skills required: experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) is preferred.
Knowledge of CRM and Back Office is strongly preferred.
Able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.
Ability to work well on a team and independently.
Ability to manage specific processes and tasks in the department under supervision.
Experience: Experience working in the business side of a professional, minor league or college team is preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Supervisory Responsibility, if any: This position does not have supervisory responsibility

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. In addition to working office hours staff may be required to work Timberwolves and Lynx games as well as external events including but not limited to: charity and networking events. Work is both sedentary and active in nature. The working environment is generally favorable, and office lighting and temperature are adequate. Work is generally performed within an office environment with standard office equipment available. This job also operates in a sports arena, which includes bleachers/steps as well as moderate noise levels .
Physical Demands
Work is generally sedentary in nature. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate and exchange information with others both in person and over the telephone. The employee frequently is required to remain in a stationary position, as well as operate computers and other office equipment. Staff will occasionally ascend and descend bleachers/steps and traverse around the arena both on event days and non-event days. Staff will frequently move boxes of merchandise and equipment weighing up to 30 pounds.
