The Sales Intern will provide support to the Ticket Sales & Service departments during the season. This includes regular office hours, game night, and event duties as needed.
Assist with data entry and processing member information.
Conduct prospecting research and data gathering to help grow memberships. among Season Ticket & Premium Sales departments.
Manage tracking analysis and reports.
Assist Ticket Sales coordinators with ongoing sales/service projects.
Organize internal and external events.
Use and update CRM as needed.
Perform general office work and support.
Currently enrolled in a college or university.
Strong customer service, multitasking, organization, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous sports experience a plus!
Digital literacy skills including in-depth solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management programs (CRM) a plus!
