The Arena Operations Dispatcher serves as a representative for small, medium, and large events in the Deer District. This position demonstrates integrity and serves as a model representative for the Arena Operations Department.
Manage incoming calls via radio transmission and phone lines, requiring quick independent action.
Connect with other departments through the use of radio transmissions and phone lines.
Process requests through ISS 24/7 system. Assign, update and closeout work as performed as well as ensure requests are addressed within a timely manner.
Assist the Arena Operations Department with oversight of event in the Control Center.
Must be self-motivated and have excellent organizational skills.
Ability to work event nights, weekends and holidays as required.
Basic data processing and Microsoft Office skills required.
Basic knowledge of a two-way radio
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and handle stressful situation for short periods of time.
Experience in 24/7 system or similar program is required.
