Summary The Milwaukee Brewers Baseball Club is looking for Control Room staff to assist with the video and audio production needs of the Club for game day and non-game day projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Responsible for operating scoreboard equipment at American Family Field

  • Assist with recording and editing production projects leading up to, and on game days

  • Support Club functions including Marketing, Broadcasting and Community Relations by providing recommendations and creating designs for audio, video and LED production work for sponsors, advertising, fan requests and other Club functions.

  • This position may be responsible for the following:

    • EVS Replay

    • Camera Operators (wired and/or wireless)

    • Ross XPression

    • Ross Dashboard

    • Click Effects Crossfire

    • Audio Engineer Assistant

  • Experience with production control rooms and equipment (not limited to Cameras, Replay, CG, etc)

  • Demonstrated experience creating, overseeing, and directing original projects

  • Ability to work with and excel in a highly collaborative team environment

Education and/or Experience

High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six to twelve months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Computer Skills

To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.

Language Skills

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.

Mathematical Skills

Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Reasoning Ability

Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Work Hours

Hours vary according to the game and event schedule, shifts around 5 hours, but may vary depending on length of game. Must be available to work all agreed upon home games.
