Establish a visible safety presence, and provide general event information, directions, and assistance to all guests in the parking lots and exterior plaza of American Family Field.

- Monitor the activities in all parking lots, walkways, and other areas outside of the stadium
- Act as the primary point-of-contact with MPD, MFD, EMS and Reef Parking
- Respond to security and medical issues and involve MPD or EMS as required
- Enforce all Milwaukee Brewers policies relating to safety, guest well-being, and security
- Ensure safe operations for Ride Share, Taxi and Shuttle services
- Monitor and advise MPD of any ticket resale policy violations
- Observe and report any suspicious activity or criminal behavior to MPD
Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Must have ability to ride a bicycle
- Experience and/or background in public safety and experience with large events and crowd management is preferred
- Strong communication skills
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and six to twelve months related experience and or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
To perform the job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft office software including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer. Must be able to learn and adapt to new computer systems promptly.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to fans, contractors, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
