The Miami HEAT and FTX Arena are hiring for an Arena Enterprise Intern to assist and provide support to the Enterprise Department & Arena Division with the overall coordination of non-NBA events & facility projects.

  • Assist Enterprise Department with coordination of Enterprise events

  • Research and provide unique and special BOH ideas for each concert; assist Arena business manager with coordinating experiences and setting up day of event.

  • Research and provide creative marketing ideas for all shows on sale; monitor marketing assets during announces and on sales

  • Assist with coordinating in-house VIP packages

  • Assist with consolidating show expenses and show recaps

  • Facilitate inputting Enterprise event & facility data into Power BI

  • Support Arena Business Manager with arena and facility projects

  • Must be available for the duration of the yearlong internship from November 2022 through November 2023 to be considered.

  • Internship requires irregular hours including nights, weekends and holidays

  • Must be enrolled in a college or university in an Event Management or Business Management program to be considered for internship.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office programs such as Office and Excel to be considered.

  • Administrative duties and projects as assigned.

Must be enrolled in a college or university in an Event Management or Sports Management program or graduated in the last 6 months in a related program; Very organized and detail-oriented. Able to meet tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, fluid environment while balancing multiple tasks at once. Must be proficient in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Previous experience working in a sports and/or live event venue preferred.Bi-lingual in English & Spanish preferred but not required. AutoCAD Preferred but not required
