Do you want to work for a Championship organization? We have the job for you! The Miami HEAT Business Communications team is seeking an Influencer Marketing Coordinator! The HEAT Group Influencer Marketing Coordinator is responsible for working alongside the communications and digital PR team to raise awareness and drive revenue for our organization through traditional and non-traditional media channels. In fulfilling this role, The Coordinator is responsible for sourcing and building relationships with influencers and content creators, ideating user-generated content surrounding current trends, managing creator database and reporting on the success of different campaigns and initiatives. Duties will include working in a fast-paced, creative environment alongside the entire public relations and marketing team including Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, eCommerce, and Paid & Performance Marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research new and outstanding digital influencers and content creators to add to the existing Miami HEAT database

  • Manage relationships with social media influencers and content creators

  • Responsible for upkeep and management of influencer/creator database

  • Responsible for crafting and implementing influencer / creator / media PR kits

  • Proactively stay up to date with digital and social trends, supervising competitors and digital influencer activity across social platforms

  • Help source influencers for internal database across multiple platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and ensure database stays updated

  • Manage the day-to-day of the #HEATInTheCommunity influencer program including sourcing, outreach and execution of all influencers and content creators

  • Assist in managing the day-to-day of the HEAT retail influencer program including sourcing, outreach and execution of all influencers and content creators

  • Assist in the management of influencer and content creator campaigns using our influencer marketing platform

  • Supervise social media coverage and build monthly and weekly reports that track influencer posts and show campaign results and KPIs

  • Measure and report the efficiency of influencer and digital marketing campaigns, presenting practical insights to improve future performance

  • Responsible for staying on top of all events happening throughout our city and ideating how we can be involved

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree Required

  • 1-3 years of influencer marketing, digital marketing, or PR experience

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills

  • Master multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize

  • Proficient in all social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, etc.) and digital marketing trends

  • Understanding of influencer marketing programs such as Julius Works

  • A good eye for quality digital content

  • Comfortable working many nights, weekends and holidays (HEAT Games + FTX Arena Shows and Events)

  • Proficient understanding of influencer analytics, KPI calculations, and standard industry terminology
