In this position, you will assist in ensuring that I.T. services are providing maximum business value and I.T. investments are applied efficiently. You will work closely with the I.T. Services manager to help strategize the rollout, implementation and/or adoption of new or current I.T. services. Responsibilities
Provide first level help desktop support to internal office end users
Assist in crafting end user trainings on various I.T. solutions
Follow and contribute to documentation for procedural I.T. Services procedures
Assist in crafting processes to efficiently manage the lifecycle of I.T. hardware and software licenses
Coordinate, track and maintain stock for various hardware systems
Coordinate, track and maintain software licensing
Project manage various small to medium sized projects

Requirements
Candidate must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
Candidate must have a basic foundation and understanding of the following areas
Microsoft Office\O365 Applications
Microsoft Windows 7\10
Desktop\Phone\Tablet maintenance, repair and installation
Candidate must have the ability to work well in a team environment, welcome constructive criticism and have a positive attitude towards end users
