The Signage Manager manages the entirety of print production process for events at Hard Rock Stadium, inclusive of Miami Dolphins, Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix, Miami Open and Hard Rock Stadium Events. They will serve as primary POC for internal departments, clients, and 3rd party vendors for signage. They will establish standardized methods for locating, obtaining, and maintaining goods and services, and ensure the highest level of efficiency and quality with the goal of finding cost savings for the organization.


Responsible for managing the following:

  • Signage and print projects for Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, and Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix

  • Signage production and installation – stadium wayfinding, concessions, sponsor integration, parking lot, and event specific signage

  • Event Print Production – credentials, collateral, brochures


  • Responsible for inception to execution of signage plan for major events under Hard Rock Stadium, Miami Dolphins, Miami Open, and Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix

  • Engage and interface with project leads/clients to determine project scope and make recommendations for the project

  • Recommend cost effective alternatives and solutions that will benefit the organization without affecting the quality of the event

  • Manage specific event signage budget lines and adhere to approved client budgets and deadlines

  • Works closely and collaboratively with the creative project management team on conceptual development and roll out of projects


  • Work with Hard Rock Stadium procurement department on establishing a competitive bid process with suppliers and vendors

  • Oversee work performed by suppliers and vendors

  • Quality control of production and execution of each job


  • Serves as Project Manager responsible for production schedules, execution and delivery of all print and signage projects

  • Coordinate project requirements (such as artwork, copy, formats, specs, mock-ups, and proofs) and projected timelines with suppliers and vendors

  • Serve as stadium signage liaison for all events hosted at Hard Rock Stadium – clients work directly with production manager on their event signage plan to ensure integrity of existing signage


  • 2+ years in event project management and/or print production

  • Detail oriented with the ability to organize and prioritize needs while aligning internally to maximize profitability and production efficiencies

  • Ability to prioritize, mediate and cope with rapid change and be comfortable with problem solving while maintaining calm under pressure

  • Be an excellent communicator across different media and have strong interpersonal skills managing across multi-functional/international internal and external teams

  • Desire to work in a fast paced, dynamic company
