The Project Coordinator, Corporate Partnerships assists the Corporate Partnerships team on departmental and leadership projects as well as day-to-day task management for assigned Miami Dolphins and Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix priorities.
Assists partnership team in key projects and team needs for Miami Dolphins and Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix partners including partner communication elements, VIP client hosting and hospitality management, contract activation and fulfillment, and administrative assistance for the department
Assists Dolphins and Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix Account Management team in managing specific partnership deliverables (i.e. signage, digital, print, promotional, entertainment elements, events, etc.) to ensure quality standards and that client expectations are exceeded
Assists in the coordination and implementation of branding, hospitality, activations and marketing during the Miami Dolphins season and Formula 1 Crypto.com Miami Grand Prix as well as year-round engagement for all assigned duties
Coordinates logistics of partner tickets, suites, sponsor trips and special events
Communicates with executive team on project updates, strategies and approvals
Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree (preferably in Marketing or Sports Management) or equivalent work experience
Experience in marketing and promotions planning
Ability to effectively communicate (both orally and written) with executives
Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and projects on strict deadlines
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop
Able to work nights, weekends and holidays
Strong personnel management, communication, time management and organizational skills
Possesses high degree of discretion and professionalism
Able to work well with co-workers and supervisors in a team environment
