The Designer will work closely with the Senior Art Director and Associate Art Directors on a variety marketing campaigns and organization initiatives across multiple properties. A qualified candidate will be responsible for conceptualization and design of creative deliverables such as collateral material, environmental graphics, corporate identity, and multimedia interfaces, from concept to completion.


  • Work directly with the design team on brainstorming, developing, and executing design work for the organization. These include but are not limited to marketing materials, logos, signage, installations, promotional items, advertisements, brochures, flyers, etc.

  • Effectively coordinate with the Senior Art Director and Project Managers to ensure design projects communicate the desired message quickly and efficiently.

  • Take responsibility of the creative process for each project you are assigned, including inter-departmental communication, problem solving and the understanding of business initiatives.

  • Provide creative input, ideas and concepts for the overall marketing and brand development of the organization.

  • Embrace and demonstrate the collaborative efforts of the creative department.

  • Identify fresh and emerging internal and external opportunities to promote the Miami Dolphins brand.


  • 2+ years of professional experience in Graphic Design, within an agency or in a corporate environment

  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Graphic Design or closely related discipline

  • Extensive knowledge in current design practices, techniques, print production, and signage design

  • Fluency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop

  • Proficiency in AfterEffects is a plus

  • Proficiency in Lightroom, Outlook and Microsoft Office on OS platform

  • Consistently display initiative to complete projects and tasks with limited supervision

  • Must be able to meet tight deadlines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

  • Must be able to effectively communicate with Project Managers regarding design projects, progress, and deadlines

  • Always maintain a professional attitude and be receptive to project changes

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a cross functional team

  • Must have an understanding of the role graphic design plays in the marketing and sales process
