The Digital Data Analyst leads the analytics and data efforts for the digital team for all the websites and applications as well as the marketing channels. This role will use marketing and site analytics data to help the team drive business results following a scientific approach. The position is responsible for architecting solutions, building reports and dashboards, monitoring and analyzing results, and communicating/presenting to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to improve the marketing performance channels from financial performance to acquisition

  • Collaborate with Business/Marketing Analytics and CRM teams to build custom campaign dashboards for various objectives (performance, acquisition, revenue etc.)

  • Provide continued support of the growing digital media portfolio (e.g., lead generation, paid search, display, email)

  • Coordinate with digital channel owners on near term strategies associated with creating new campaign reporting

  • Identify and analyze opportunities to improve digital marketing performance

  • Partner with the team to ensure go-to-market efforts have been set up correctly from tracking to dashboards and align to desired end-state business outcomes

  • Contribute to CRM reporting related to digital campaigns

  • Leverage analytics and tagging tools (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager)

  • Leverage 3rd party integration tools and work with vendors to connect to various data sources

  • Use data visualization tools and storytelling skills to effectively communicate insights and influence decisions/outcomes to leadership

  • Leverage industry best practices, market data and technology trends to identify and implement business opportunities

  • Monitor performance indicators and implement possible improvement

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, computer science, statistics or equivalent experience preferred

  • Thorough knowledge of Descriptive Analytic practices and processes

  • Prior experience with Microsoft Power BI/Google Data Studio/Tableau or similar Analytics tools

  • Prior experience with CRM Data using Salesforce, Dynamics or similar CRMs

  • Advanced with Web Analytics and tools like Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tag Manager

  • Prior experience with Ad platforms reporting: Facebook Ads, AdWords API preferred

  • Experience using Google BigQuery or similar tools is preferred
