The Project Coordinator will support the Brand Design team on Event graphics and Club Uniforms & Logos. This position will report to the Senior Project Manager, and work closely with the Designers to plan and manage team goals. This position will work on projects from start to finish, and help turn ideas into actionable tactics, timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Assist on maintaining all processes relating to requests, clearance, contracts, correspondence, billing, and files on all Design Services projects

    • Project Tracking and Filing

      • Assist in tracking all Job Requisition forms

    • Project Contracts and Billing

      • Assist with the drafting of all Supplier/Vendor contracts

      • Collect and compile daily invoices

    • Traffic Creative

      • Record status throughout logo & creative development process

  • Assist in project timeline management

    • Develop checklist and timeline for each event’s graphic needs

    • Responsible for maintaining production deadlines

  • Assist in the Club Graphic and Uniform Sampling Process

    • Maintain active files of Club changes

    • Assist with Club correspondence relating to modifying graphics and uniform components

  • Assist Brand Design Department in any other Special Events/Tasks as Needed

    • Procuring supplies, props and outfitting for special events

    • Responsible for photographing or procuring photography relating to visual audits surrounding jewel events and community activation

  • Assist on event and miscellaneous signage needs

    • Internal office signage

    • Internal department print needs

    • Event informational & directional signage

  • Responsible for basic departmental assistance

    • Responsible for shipments and messengers

    • Responsible for supply orders

    • Assist on MLB Style Guide access registrations

  • Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree

    • Minimum of 2 years marketing and/or graphic design/studio intern experience

    • Basic understanding of MLB and 30 Clubs

    • Must be creative, highly organized, detail-oriented, and solution-driven

    • Proficiency in Excel, Word, Google Suite, PowerPoint

    • Basic understanding of graphic design, post-production, and printing (preferred, not required)

    • Familiar with Adobe programs (preferred, not required)
