As a Principal Product Manager, you will work closely with your team to deliver an outstanding experience to baseball fans on Web, Mobile and Connected device platforms.
Drive and lead a roadmap + vision by converting abstract ideas into actionable steps and realistic deliverables for your scrum team.
Document and prioritize a product backlog with epics and user stories accompanied by detailed acceptance criteria.
Lead an Agile scrum team, forecast timelines, plan releases and coordinate cross-team deliverables.
Your customers always come first. You will interview, analyze, observe and learn about your audience to create insights that will shape requirements, features and the product roadmap.
Become a subject matter expert on the product, platform, and industry trends in streaming, connected TV, web and mobile app marketplaces. Gain a deep understanding of customer motivations, problems, journeys, and usage patterns.
Partner with engineering, user experience, and research teams to constantly experiment and design product solutions that incorporate user feedback through multiple iterations.
Drive ideas forward from inception through execution, getting deeply embedded in the details and bridging the gaps where necessary to achieve target outcomes.
Create alignment between engineering, business stakeholders and leadership. Be the first point of contact for questions and clarifications.
Experience leading partner and external service relationships
Create transparency and accountability with mechanisms to compile status, identify risks and escalate critical product decisions and information.
Proven track record defining product strategy, championing user-tested design, and aligning objectives with business approach.
Able to build trusted relationships internally and externally that support the achievement of business results
Active member of product leadership team, defining high-level product strategy aligned with business vision
Understands, influences and shapes the organization to best deliver against business strategy and grow our team’s capabilities
Through mentorship and role modeling, sets high expectations across the verticals and product organization
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally having supported streaming video and / or subscription products
Proven experience in owning products / large scale projects through to completion, from requirements gathering through rollout and training
Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as scrum or kanban
Data-driven, able to gather & distill data and learnings in order to drive continuous product iteration and improvements
Able to develop a fluent understanding of the business strategy, and use it to provide context between their deliverables and ties back to the strategic vision to stakeholders
Able to readily readjust priorities to changing business, Fans, and industry needs
Fortitude to remain calm and react appropriately in high-pressure situations
Self-starter who is energetic & enthusiastic, confident, adaptable & fan-oriented

A love for Baseball!
Experience working with streaming apps on connected devices such as Roku, AppleTV, FireTV, and/or video game consoles
Experience in building large scale Data Platforms using cloud based services, CDPs
Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Platform and / or Looker a plus
Technical background along with hands on experience in analyzing large scale data sets with SQL, Python, R, etc
