The HR Coordinator is aligned to the HR Business Partner team within the larger HR organization, reporting to the HR Business Partner. This position works closely with employees within Technology, Technology Infrastructure and Enterprise Products. This role will partner closely with an integrated HR team that works in a highly collaborative fashion.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Administrative
Create relationships with employees to ensure full-service support to the business
Day-to-day HR point of contact for interns during the Annual Internship Program
Act as the primary liaison with several HR departments including HRIS, Payroll, and Benefits to troubleshoot, manage, and resolve day to day employee questions and/or issues
Partner with the Experience Team to ensure successful onboarding and offboarding of employees
Organize, maintain and update employee data changes through Workday in a timely manner
Reporting & Recommendations
Request, gather and compile reports and analyze trends to measure the effectiveness of HR practices
Analyze trends in exit interviews and summarize for presentation on a quarterly basis
Recommend possible actions to improve existing process
Recruitment
Support the recruitment/hiring process by creating, processing, and updating job requisitions through Workday
Act as a liaison between the Talent Acquisition Team and Hiring Team to ensure timely responses to questions and comments from both parties
Supporting the HR Business Partner
Assist the HR Business Partner with program rollouts and trainings (i.e. performance review process, goal setting, employee recognition, career development, etc.)
Support the HR Business Partner in educating employees on our policies and practices
Support the HR Business Partner with ad hoc projects as needed
Keep up to date on current issues and matters related to HR Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion regarding all matters, data, and documents
Prepare correspondence, arrange meetings, process confidential reports and documents
Ensure that company procedures are consistent and local legal requirements are met
Education and Experience
1-2 years of HR related experience
Knowledge in federal and state labor law and regulations
The ability to work with multiple teams and to promote positive changes in a collaborative, convincing manner, and the ability to manage client expectations
History of work with HR data collection and reporting requirements
Experience with Workday a plus
Proven ability of working in a fast-paced organization
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or Organizational Development is preferred

Per the NYC pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $50,000-$60,000.
