The MLB Sponsorship group is looking for an experienced professional to oversee key partnerships and help manage our fast paced, energetic team.


  • Serve as account lead on key Corporate Partnerships across various categories. This includes coordinating all aspects and deliverables and coordinating communications across multiple internal departments.
  • Manage on-site activations during MLB Jewel and Special Events (All-Star Week, Postseason, etc.) as well as various regular season events and hospitality. Work closely with internal MLB departments such as Special Events, Ballpark Operations, and Club contacts to execute partner activations.
  • Work closely with MLB Corporate Sales and Partnership Marketing teams to develop and implement overall strategy and new innovative opportunities for partners.
  • Work closely with external partner agencies and internal departments within MLB including Marketing, Technology, MLB Network, Broadcast, Business Development, and Legal to execute sponsor campaigns.
  • Work closely with VPs and other Directors on the management of the Partnership Activation team
  • Reports to VP, Partnership Activation


  • Minimum of 10 years experience managing multiplatform, property sponsorships
  • Experience in executing on-site sponsor activations at major events as well management of client hospitality needs
  • Media knowledge and ability to become familiar with new innovations and technology
  • Strong brand marketer with understanding of partner categories, business, and the sports/entertainment industry
  • Excellent communication skills and client service mentality with strong sales, presentation skills and creative and innovative thinking
  • Experience in managing a team at various levels, i.e. Managers, Coordinators
  • Team player with strong cross-functional skills and experience working in a fast-paced environment
