Coordinates licensed product service models for key MLB initiatives. Work closely with internal departments to understand licensed product needs and then work closely with key licensed partners to service these needs with key deadlines and dates. Work with key partners to oversee their service and deliveries to retail and/or team institutional dealers that service youth baseball leagues across the United States. Assist in MLB clubhouse responsibilities, reporting into the Manager of Clubhouse Services, to distribute licensed products during key moments such as Spring Training, All-Star Game, and Postseason.


  • Operate time sensitive orders for date specific deliveries

  • Meet with various internal departments to ensure Consumer Products can help service licensed product needs

  • Coordinate with Licensees licensed products needed for key league wide initiatives

  • Execute and Issue Purchase Orders while maintaining product credit balances per licensee and ensure invoicing is issued to departments as needed for product ordered for key MLB initiatives.

  • Assist in MLB Clubhouse Consumer Product roles throughout the year as required by Manager

  • Work closely with youth league uniform suppliers to help focus on licensed products that help grow grassroots baseball

Per the NYC pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $50,000 to $65,000
