We are seeking to immediately fill a Coordinator, Ticketing Data position. The Coordinator, Ticketing Data will be responsible for a variety of projects and initiatives, examples of these responsibilities are as follows:

Objectives/Roles

Build ad-hoc reports and dashboards using primary and secondary ticketing data Own the categorization and mapping of MLB package sales Work to standardize Club ticketing data in an effort to provide accurate and relevant reporting Assist in prioritizing roadmap items as it relates to MLB ticketing data Create actionable insights for the MLB Ticketing department through data analysis Build and maintain long-term business relationships with revenue driving personnel at MLB clubs while contributing to the growth of ticketing revenue for MLB Assist in promotion of ticket sales on MLB club websites & MLB.com Provide sound feedback and suggestions for enhancing the user experience Thorough and timely documentation of revenue driving initiatives Manage additional projects as assigned

Crucial Competencies/Previous Experience

Bachelors Degree or working towards a bachelors degree Some related experience Proficient in spreadsheet tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets Proficient in SQL Working experience and knowledge in Looker or other business intelligence software Detail-oriented, organized and excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, strong work ethic and driven to learn Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines Able to manage projects from conception to implementation General understanding of Internet operations including business/commerce Familiarity with the game of baseball Excellent communication and organizational skills Basic understanding of ecommerce and ticketing

Per the NYC pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is an hourly rate of $24.00 to $30.00. The actual offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your work experience, education, skills and any other factors Major League Baseball (MLB) considers relevant to the hiring decision.
