Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Support E-Commerce operations and performance of multiple MLB platforms
Manage and grow ecommerce & authentication relationships with MLB/PDL clubs and licensed vendors.
Coordinate product lifecycle from launch to sale, which may include:
Collection/organization of assets
Development and execution of integrated marketing promotions and cross platform campaigns
Support warehouse relationship and Fulfillment Center on special requests (order reporting, tracking)
Financial support for clubs/vendors; invoice requests, sales reporting, etc.
Daily site maintenance and troubleshooting for E-commerce platforms.
Manage customer service inquiries and communication.
Work cross functionally to support MLB E-commerce/MLB authentication business objectives
Assist in product presentation and platform enhancements to optimize the user experience across all devices.
Drive short and long-term sales growth.
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, including experience with content management and/or site production.
Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skills a plus.
Experience with Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledge of HTML and Email Marketing a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to think creatively, work independently and be a solution-based thinker.
Ability to multi-task within a fast paced, changing environment, and the ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.
