Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support E-Commerce operations and performance of multiple MLB platforms

  • Manage and grow ecommerce & authentication relationships with MLB/PDL clubs and licensed vendors.

  • Coordinate product lifecycle from launch to sale, which may include:

    • Collection/organization of assets

    • Development and execution of integrated marketing promotions and cross platform campaigns

    • Support warehouse relationship and Fulfillment Center on special requests (order reporting, tracking)

    • Financial support for clubs/vendors; invoice requests, sales reporting, etc.

  • Daily site maintenance and troubleshooting for E-commerce platforms.

  • Manage customer service inquiries and communication.

  • Work cross functionally to support MLB E-commerce/MLB authentication business objectives

  • Assist in product presentation and platform enhancements to optimize the user experience across all devices.

  • Drive short and long-term sales growth.


  • Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in ecommerce, including experience with content management and/or site production.

  • Experience working with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Advanced Excel skills a plus.

  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop.

  • Knowledge of HTML and Email Marketing a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Exceptional attention to detail.

  • Strong analytical skills.

  • Ability to think creatively, work independently and be a solution-based thinker.

  • Ability to multi-task within a fast paced, changing environment, and the ability to work well under pressure and with tight deadlines.

  • A passion/understanding for sports and baseball acumen
