Luton Town Football Club is seeking to appoint a Head of Education to work on a part-time basis, to work within our Academy. The successful candidate will be committed and passionate in successfully developing football players.

Luton Town Football Club has an exciting opportunity for an experienced, qualified teacher to join the team as Head of Education within our Academy. The successful candidate will ensure the effective implementation, management, and delivery of the Academy education programme, and consistently promote and protect the welfare of children within the organisation. Previous experience of working within an elite sporting environment would be beneficial, along with a background in delivering BTEC Level 3 in Sport and a detailed working knowledge of the Elite Player Performance Plan.
