The Season Ticket Member Experiences Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Member Experiences team as it relates to Season Ticket Member events and benefits, as well as overall efforts to create and deliver a world class engagement and service experience for Rams Season Ticket Members year-round.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing in-season and offseason Season Ticket Member events and experiences, including research, ideation, setup, operations, staffing, communication, and more.

  • Work with Ticket Operations & Strategy teams to manage member event processes in programs such as Archtics and CRM and compile post-event recaps and reports.

  • Help to create and execute a variety of gameday experiences and support larger game themes and in-game initiatives as needed.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on various benefits and programs offered through the NFL and other partners.

  • Hospitality support at various events including the NFL Draft, Rams Training Camp, and Season Ticket Member away trips.

  • Assist with planning and operations of Rams House Fan Council, a focus group of loyal Rams Season Ticket Members, and other fan programs.

  • Write, develop, and assemble assets for member communication such as monthly newsletters and emails regarding various topics like club benefits, upcoming events, and exclusive opportunities.

  • Support efforts related to Season Ticket Member gifting.

  • Manage prizes, merchandise, and other experience related inventory.

  • Oversee elements and upkeep of Season Ticket Member webpages, working with Creative and Digital teams to make regular updates.

  • Assist with the Season Ticket Member Facebook group including making announcements, managing requests, monitoring conversations, responding to questions as needed, and helping to facilitate necessary follow ups and support alongside Service team.

  • Research event and member experience trends as well as industry best practices.

  • Provide proactive, world-class service that continually exceeds expectations of Season Ticket Members, Premium Members, Suite Owners, and fans.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Role Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree or graduate degree

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sports, events and/or service

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to work event-driven schedule, including nights, weekends and potentially holidays. Must be available to work all Rams home games.

Salary: $21.63/hr. - 24.04/hr.
