As the Los Angeles Rams build their organization and brand in the Southern California region, they are looking for a Partnerships Design Coordinator to assist the Rams creative services team in creating impactful corporate partnership presentations, sales material/collateral, and other supporting Rams branded material including partner and social media graphics. An ideal candidate would have extraordinary design and visual storytelling skills, including a proven ability to create impactful graphics and presentations targeted at the business community. The Partnerships Design Coordinator will work on projects from across the organization, but with primary focus on supporting Corporate Partnerships. The Partnerships Design Coordinator will need to work across a variety of mediums (e.g. PowerPoint presentations, Adobe Photoshop, sales storyboards, social media, storyboards, etc.) in the creation of materials that support new business development opportunities and fulfill existing partnership agreements. This role will work on various assigned client portfolios with a focus on ideating, planning, and executing contractual activations while supporting and reporting to the Partnerships Design Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Take proposal outlines and convert them to impactful, high-quality, dynamic sales presentations (PowerPoint with Adobe Photoshop customization/modification)

  • Manipulate existing photos and renderings to reflect Corporate Partnership ideas and activations

  • Production of advertising assets, copy writing, media graphics, social media graphics, photo editing, collateral production, etc.

  • Work closely with account leads and studios operations for media/creative plan development and partner executions

  • Communicate media plan and organize deliverables for internal + external stakeholders

  • Produce Corporate Partnerships creative that accomplishes the following:

    • Identifies, incorporates, and compliments a corporate brand’s ethos into partnership proposals

    • Reflects the core of the Rams brand within creative partnerships proposals

    • Ensures brand standards are adhered to both internally and externally

  • Produce sponsored social media creatives that accomplishes the following:

    • Creative work that engages viewers

    • Reflects the core of the Rams brand while strategically incorporating partner

    • Ensures brand standards are adhered to both internally and externally

  • Provide graphic support for activations (hosted across the organization), including the creation of invitations, signage, credentials, etc.

  • Interpret a client’s (internal or external) vision and make it a tangible and deliverable creative product

  • Work on multiple projects, meet tight deadlines, and quickly turn around on-brand, quality work product

Role Qualifications (Skills/Experience/Capabilities):

  • 3+ years experience in developing global, stage worthy B2B presentations via a Graphics Design role

  • Experience in agency, fast-growing consumer brand or professional sports environment

  • Experience in creating internal corporate communications, business-to-business communications and consumer-facing materials

  • Exceptional design aesthetic and awareness of design trends and innovation across a variety of static and digital mediums

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities, including the ability to provide clear creative direction and interaction with multiple internal and external stakeholders

  • Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).

  • Advanced knowledge of PowerPoint

Work Environment:

  • Office located in Agoura Hills, CA

  • Should expect to work at the stadium during home games, and be available to work from the office and/or home during away games as needed
