As an Analyst for the Los Angeles Rams, you will be working with the Strategy & Analytics department to address business priorities with a focus on Strategy, Ticketing and Gameday Operations. You will deploy a flexible analytical skillset to deliver insightful data and analysis, stand-up organizational dashboards, model advanced analytics and address business challenges with a quantitative approach. Your work will be used by department heads to help drive better and more strategic business decisions.

This role will play an integral part in contributing to growing the Los Angeles Rams fanbase, setting the NFL Gameday standard at SoFi Stadium and identifying areas for drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
Manipulate/mine data from database tables (MySQL, SQL server, Data Warehouse)
Apply advanced analytics techniques (core statistical-modeling, data visualization, data mining) to extract actionable insights through analysis of large-scale, high-dimensional data from a variety of data sources
Run standard daily / weekly ticketing reports using a variety of tools (Alteryx, SSMS, MySQL, SQL server, Data Warehouse)
Assist in setting ticket prices throughout the season by monitoring secondary ticket marketplaces and building pricing recommendation models
Lead and own analytics projects for ticketing and gameday operations departments
Develop and maintain dashboards to enable clear visibility into gameday and business performance
Construct and maintain fan feedback surveys and distill insights from results for stakeholders
Perform ad-hoc analyses to support key business objectives from a variety of departments
Assist in compiling and distilling data insights to communicate to various stakeholders
Create presentations to share insights with leadership
Assist on all Rams gamedays
Take on other duties as assigned
Role Qualifications:
BA/BS college degree or its equivalent in relevant area – Data Science, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Administration
Master’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business Intelligence, Statistics or Mathematics, a plus
1 - 2 years of experience in data analytics or business intelligence
Very strong technical skills with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to think critically and analyze data from a variety of sources
Experience in building and maintaining dashboards and familiarity with visualization tools (deep experience with Tableau is a plus)
Experience analyzing data and creating reports using SQL and/or languages similar to SQL
Familiarity with Alteryx for data transformations and analytics, a plus
Experience using Python for data analysis and/or automation purposes, a plus
Demonstrated success using statistical, quantitative modeling, and forecasting methods (e.g. R, SAS), a plus
Familiarity with Ticketmaster / Archtics data, a plus
Experience working on projects related to ticketing and pricing, a plus
Capable of working on multiple projects simultaneously, highly collaborative, able to build long-term relationships with cross-functional teams
Highly organized and detailed orientated
Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Expected Salary Range: $70,000 - $77,000
