Event Groundskeeper staff assist in pre and post-game preparation of the Dodger Stadium playing field on game days.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Batting practice setup and breakdown.

• Pre and post-game field preparation, line painting, mound/plate repairs, infield maintenance

• Assisting with tarping field in event of inclement weather.

• Dragging field during game breaks.

• Assist with non-baseball events while team is away

• Perform related duties as assigned

Basic Requirements/Qualifications:

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent.

• Work experience with baseball or softball equipment a plus.

• Demonstrate familiarity with turf maintenance equipment (mowers, painters, blowers, etc).

• Ability to handle physical demands including lifting up to 100 pounds and walk, climb stairs and stand for extended periods of time.

• Must be able to kneel, squat, and bend for extended time periods.

• Must be able to work in inclement weather as needed.

• Posses excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.

• Ability to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
