The Coordinator, Marketing Solutions, Global Partnerships will be responsible for providing administrative and Marketing Solutions support for the Global Partnerships department.
Job Functions:
Assist with Marketing Solutions sales presentation development
Maintain Partnerships pipeline and CRM system management
Conduct prospecting and category research
Participate in crafting unique sales strategies, ideas and programs for revenue generation
Support Marketing Solutions Global Partnerships department by tracking job request, inventory, valuation, etc.
Enter data for sales and revenue reports, departmental financial reports and more
Coordinate weekly department meeting agendas, note taking, etc.
Perform other duties as assigned
Basic Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Business Administration, Sports Management or a related field
Proven understanding of principles and practices of basic office management and standard office equipment
Ability to perform multiple tasks in fast paced environment with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy; think quickly and independently
Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays when needed
Retain confidentiality of sponsor information with sensitivity and discretion
Possess excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
Desire to learn sports partnerships business
Proficient in Microsoft Office
