Vacancy Description

We are looking for an individual with excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills to join our team at The Academy as a Data Analyst. As our Data Analyst, you will be the contact person for data analysis projects and ad-hoc requests for all business areas of The Academy, from coaching and analysis, scouting to medical and sports science.

What will you be doing?

  • Gathering project requirements

  • Performing data analysis and statistical research under the direction of senior Research team members

  • Presenting results in an effective manner

  • Supporting Research Dept tools that are used at the Academy

Who are we looking for?

To be successful, you will have a Bachelor`s/Master`s degree in Physics, Mathematics or other STEM subject and will be able to demonstrate good data analysis skills with relevant work experience in modelling, analysis or statistics. Ideally, you will have knowledge of a programming language with experience of working with MySQL, R / Python, Excel.

You will have excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills. With excellent communication skills, you can work with colleagues in a conscientious and inclusive way.

Remuneration and Benefits

This is a full time, permanent role working 35 hours per week. Your main base will be our Academy, located in Kirkby.
