The postholder will be responsible for helping the grounds department maintain its off-pitch areas to an exceptionally high standard, with duties including hedge trimming, weeding, planting, watering and maintenance of borders and planted areas.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum of an NVQ Level 2 in Horticultural Studies or a similar equivalent, as well as a PA1, and PA6 qualification in the safe use of pesticides and spraying. They will have the ability to work as part of a team but also be able to operate on their own, with a positive and proactive approach, and showing good initiative.
Working under the guidance of the Gardens and Landscapes Manger, the ideal candidate will have exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on team ethics, high standards and attention to detail.
