JOB SUMMARY: The Stadium Services Seasonal Assistant will directly assist with the day-to-day support of the Stadium Services Department with a wide range of projects related to recruiting, onboarding, administration support and facility management.

ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Assist in the Recruiting, Interviewing and Hiring process for Stadium Services Game Day Event Staff

  2. Data entry, basic reporting, and file management.

  3. Assist in facilitating Game Day Event staff training.

  4. Assist with scheduling stadium Services personnel.

  5. Maintain Staff call sheets and attendance history.

  6. Respond to employment inquiries in a timely manner.

  7. Perform organizational and special projects as assigned.

  8. Assist with Green Initiative programs.

  9. Maintain equipment inventory.

  10. Other duties and projects as assigned.

COMPETENCIES:

  1. Qualified candidates must possess superior organizational skills and be able to function in a fast-paced, multi-task setting.

  2. Individuals must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.

  3. Identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.

  4. Plan, organize, and implement projects and tasks within an allotted timeframe.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS):

  1. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams required.

  2. Written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

  3. Ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands by establishing priorities and meeting deadlines.

HOURS REQUIRED:

  • 30 Hours per week and events/game days. Starting May 15, 2023(subject to change) and working through the end of the football season.
