This position will focus on supporting our Sr. Director of Brand Strategy & Fan Development to bring the brand to life for our fans. By putting our fans first, our brand strategy seasonal will work cohesively with multiple stakeholders across the Chiefs organization to build and execute meaningful programming that makes our fans the heroes and recruits new fans through a focused approach that speaks directly to our must win segments. Always thinking outside the box, we’ll look to surprise and delight our fans at every opportunity through both in-real-life events and innovative digital experiences. Additional support functions will include creative marketing development and execution for key Chiefs partners and upcoming Arrowhead Events concerts.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Act as a representative of the Chiefs when communicating with fans
Work cross-functionally to find solutions that meet the needs of our fans, brand and partners
Assist in the planning and execution of in-real-life events
Assist with research as it relates to domestic market growth/expansion
Work in unison with organization’s communications, partnership, and digital media team
Assisted efforts around big moments such as kick-off, playoffs and key holidays.
Perform other duties as assigned
HOURS REQUIRED:
40 hours per week and events/game days. Starting 6/5/23 and working through the end of February 2024.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
An open and creative mind, easy adaptable to a variety of settings and audiences.
Qualified candidates must possess superior organizational skills and be able to function in a fast-paced, multi-task setting.
Individuals must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Must have a working knowledge of the following Microsoft Office programs: Teams. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
