TONY DUNGY DIVERSITY COACHING FELLOW The Indianapolis Colts are seeking to hire high potential candidates to contribute to the Club's coaching staff, while also fostering and expanding upon the club’s diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, through the Tony Dungy Diversity Fellowship Program. This Program affords two diverse and talented coaches (“Fellows”), one for each of the Club's offensive and defensive coaching staffs, the opportunity to work in entry-level roles, for a 12-month duration (March 2023 – March 2024), to gain invaluable professional football experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES Fellows will gain experience in the following areas of responsibilities, which may change at any time with or without notice:

  • Preparation of game week binder materials, scripts, playbook materials, schedules, draft books, self-scout books, formation charts, call sheets, self-scout studies, comment sheets for practices and games, install materials, play card drawings, opponent reports, inputting of game data, and on-field practice and sideline game duties.

QUALIFICATIONS In addition to embodying the team’s core values in support of its mission to entertain, inspire, and unite by winning the right way, Fellows’ qualifications will include:

REQUIRED

  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Word and Excel; PowerPoint and Visio; Zoom

  • Knowledge of football video systems (e.g. XOS, DV Sport); football playbook systems (e.g. PlayerLync, Game Plan); other third-party football systems (e.g. Telemetry); and football communication platforms (e.g. Teamworks) Strong oral and written communication skills

PREFERRED

  • Previous football coaching experience
