Own the Outcome Basic Function: Assist the photography department with digital asset management and photographing events and initiatives. Job Function (Duties & Responsibilities):
Photograph community development, corporate development and other special events including evenings and weekends.
Follow internal digital asset management workflows to build the photo catalog.
Help create photo collections to deliver on team website Edit photos to be used across all Texans digital channels.
During home games photograph sponsorship, fan and gameday atmosphere elements (NOT action/field photography).
Assist with various photoshoots.
Perform various other tasks as may be assigned from time to time by the Photography Manager/Team Photographer.
Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and/or various other Club premises in NRG Park as may be assigned.

Proficient in Photo Mechanic, Adobe Bridge, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom.
Strong understanding of how to select the best images from a large body of work.
Demonstrated photography and photo editing experience.
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism within a professional sports environment and in media work zones.
Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel in the greater Houston area for events. Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.
High School Diploma required.
Prior experience in professional or collegiate football or other sport operations preferred.
