Basic Function: Responsible for the day-to-day oversight and revenue generation of all Inside Sales Representatives.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Recruit, interview, hire, train, develop and provide daily direction to Inside Sales Representatives with the focus of generating and increasing new sales revenue
Support growth of new sales revenue within full season, partial plan, group sales and premium sales · Lead, motivate, develop, and retain Inside Sales staff for future succession and opportunity within the Houston Texans
Monitor, manage and evaluate Inside Sales staff performance on an ongoing basis; establish and communicate clear sales revenue and training goals and follow up with Inside Sales staff with appropriate feedback and direction for development
Meet or exceed yearly revenue and ticket goals set for the Inside Sales team
Develop, implement, and track sales campaigns
Maintain accurate and timely sales reports
Work in lockstep with the Sales & Service leadership team to insure ‘one voice’ for all Sales & Service processes and procedures
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that organizational goals are met
Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by the VP, Ticket and Event Sales
Subject to reasonable accommodations, position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.

Supervisory Duties: Effectively perform all supervisory duties for direct reports and other positions, as assigned.
Travel Requirements: Routine local travel as may be required.
Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university required.
Minimum 2 years sales management experience preferred.
