Basic Function: Responsible for creating, executing, analyzing and maintaining all Club digital marketing channels and its strategy. Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute digital strategies and content plans for email marketing, paid digital advertising, Club website and Club app.

  • Manage and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns across website, social media, email, app and other digital platforms.

  • Optimize the design, content, layout, customer segmentation and messaging strategies for direct marketing communications.

  • Analyze and monitor KPIs.

  • Build assets needed for marketing campaigns, such as creation of landing pages, form creation, pixel placement, etc.

  • Perform various other tasks that may be assigned from time to time by Director of Digital Media.

Position requires routine face-to-face personal interaction with other Club personnel; therefore, job responsibilities must be physically performed in the Club offices and not in a telecommuting manner.

Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and Adobe Photoshop.

  • Strong writing and editorial skills.

  • Experience with CMS based websites, HTML code, paid digital advertising and analytics

  • Understanding of Oracle Eloqua marketing automation software, a plus

  • Creative with devising a digital experience that engages and grows a Club’s fanbase

  • Ability to be consistently prompt and dependable.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with multiple priorities.

  • Ability to think strategically and innovatively while managing ongoing advertising plans.

  • Effective verbal, written and interpersonal communications.

  • Ability to work effectively as a team member.

  • Ability to work long, flexible hours including gamedays, evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

  • Ability to maintain confidential and/or proprietary information.

  • Ability and internal drive to demonstrate a winning attitude and a strong work ethic in the performance of all job responsibilities.


  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year accredited college or university preferred.

  • High School Diploma required.

  • Minimum three (3) years of full-time experience in digital advertising, email marketing or developing a variety of digital or web-related products required.
