Assist Suite Holders during suite-scheduled events at the Toyota Center.
Assisting Suite Holders with all questions/concerns/ issues in a professional and friendly manner
Working closely with Premium Services Team members, Levy staff, and building staff to provide resolutions for Suite Holder concerns/issues
Acting a knowledgeable representative of Toyota Center/Houston Rockets to meet and address Suite Holder needs.

Physical & mental requirements:
