Contribute and support the Sugar Land Space Cowboys for the 2023 season as one of our highly valued associates. We’re looking for dynamic individuals who can contribute to our ticket operations, service and customer support. This position will be seasonal from May through September. The position will work closely with box office management, gameday staff, facilities staff and fans.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

Answer all incoming phone calls to the ticket extension and return voicemails
Responsible for assisting in all areas of ticketing operations, box office operations, sales and season ticket holder services
Process all completed new and renewal season ticket orders in tickets.com
Assist with any ticket requests, relocation requests, or customer service issues
Assist in the execution of printing and mailing ticket orders
Manage Will Call and VIP Will Call window operations on game days
Provide exceptional customer service to all customers and team associates
Assist in the processing of group ticket orders
Assist with off-site promotional events in the community
Assist with community outreach initiatives
Assist with outbound sales initiatives
Assist with customer service online inquiries
Other duties as assigned
Education and/or Experience & Skills:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sport Management, or related field and/or equivalent experience
Effective communication skills (written and verbal, formal and informal) and proven track record in collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
Comfortable making and executing requests
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and promptness
Demonstrate as a quick learner with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Ability and willingness to work 20-25 hours a week
Work Environment
All of the time will be spent in an indoor, climate-controlled environment. This job operates in a box office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and printers. The job will require employee to function in a high activity and heavily crowded outdoor professional sports venue/environment. The noise level is usually moderate but can be loud within the stadium environment.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on non-gamedays with extended hours expected on workdays with a game and weekends when hosting games or events.
Travel
Rare travel may be expected for this position.
