Hibernian Football Club wants to deliver a range of services that increases their matchday experience. As the Club works to improve and adapt our services to our fans, the Ticket Office Support Team Member role is both rewarding and satisfying. The Ticket Office is responsible for access control on matchdays, and part of this involves providing resolution points around the stadium to resolve any scanning/ticket issues.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Supporting the ticket office with getting supporters into the stadium safely and efficiently on matchdays

  • Working as part of a team to resolve any ticketing issues for entry

  • Ensure supporters gain access with minimal issues

  • Understanding how the hand scanners work with the access control system

  • Reporting back to Ticket Office Manager any issues

Working hours can vary, including evenings when a home match is played. However, attendance at every home game is required. Specific duties will be expected to be carried out during a match, half-time and full-time. Ticket office team members are expected to be available before and during a match and therefore should not expect to be able to watch the match.
