JOB SUMMARY:

Assist Titletown team execute daily programming and large events in the park throughout the year. This is an in-person, paid internship and entails full-time workdays, gamedays, holidays and special events. The approximate timeframe for this full-time internship is June 2023 to May 2024.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with the creation, planning, coordination and execution of Titletown’s year-round daily programs including, but not limited to, daily fitness classes, art classes, social clubs, dance classes and many others.

  • Research potential vendors, coordinate payments and maintain contact list of program vendors.

  • Create documents and update calendars used to communicate daily program details to vendors, staff and other internal departments.

  • Keep inventory and organize all program supplies.

  • As a team member, work all Titletown large scale events such as Summer Fun Days Showcase, Titletown Beats, Titletown Gameday Live, Pumpkin Palooza, Winter Jubilee, TTNYE and others as needed.

  • Contribute to the variety of Titletown programs offered by researching emerging trends.

  • Respond to programming inquiries via Titletown inbox.

  • Daily computer and telephone work, including data entry, PowerPoint documents, Excel spreadsheets, responding to telephone messages/inquiries, etc.

  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks including note taking during meetings and other duties as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior work experience in events or programming, outside of classroom work preferred.

  • Strong computer software skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.

  • Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and very organized.

  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Ability and willingness to work non-traditional hours, within a team environment.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

  • Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods of time throughout the day.

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

  • Ability to reach, stoop, and lift on a frequent basis.

  • Ability to focus on projects for periods of time.

  • Operates in a professional office environment.

  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment.

SUPERVISES: This position has no supervisory responsibilities
