Primary job duties involve cleaning up the exterior of the stadium, including picking up litter, emptying garbage cans, and pressure washing.Other Facilities related duties will be assigned as needed.
Pick up litter in parking lot and around building using broom, blower, etc.
Clean tops of waste and recycling cans.
Remove gum from concrete.
Operate ride-on sweeper and scrubber to clean concrete.
Operate power equipment such as pressure washers, hand and/or power tools as needed.
Assist with maintenance and repairs of the facility as needed.
Assist with carpet scrubbing, floor buffing, and floor waxing as needed.
Assist Facilities department with other various tasks and projects as needed.
Assist with game day preparations.
Ability to work unique rotating schedule (3 on, 9 off, 2 on, 3 off, 2 on, 2 off, repeating every 3 weeks).
High School diploma required.
Must be willing to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
Must be detail oriented and organized.
Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently or as a team member.
Valid Wisconsin drivers’ license is required.
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time throughout the day.
Regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds.
Ability to climb stairs and utilize ladders.
Role routinely uses equipment and machinery.
Operates in a professional environment.
