This position will provide administrative support to the Titletown Facilities Department.
This is a part time position with hours up to 29 hours per week.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Administrative functions to include finance, personnel, meetings, and clerical duties.
Create work orders and perform data entry in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
Authorize departmental credit card transactions in Chrome River accounting program.
Answer and dispatch radio calls for Titletown Facilities Department.
Assist with scheduling interview for all open department positions.
Assist in coordinating contractor and vendor access schedules.
Coordinate and distribute staff calendars and schedules.
Maintain vendor and contractor contact lists.
Manage uniform inventory and distribution for department staff.
Compile event details and ensure accurate information is available to department staff.
Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Assist with other tasks and projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 years of administrative experience preferred.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Quick learner, adaptable to task changes throughout the day.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under deadlines necessary.
Possess excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as excellent customer service skills.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Ability to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods of time.
Ability to remain in a stationary position for periods of time.
Ability to focus on assignments for periods of time.
Operates in a professional environment.
Role routinely uses standard office equipment.
