About the Position

The Golden State Warriors and Chase Center are looking for Replay Operators to operate the Evertz Dreamcatcher for the Warriors scoreboard production. In this role, you will coordinate all video signals in and out of the Dreamcatcher including routing, playback, playlist building, and monitor wall configurations. You will also assist with ingesting content being triggered by the switcher and/or played back manually.

This is a part-time position based onsite in San Francisco, CA.

Willingness and ability to provide proof of completed COVID-19 vaccination will be required. All religious, medical, or other legally recognized exemptions regarding vaccination status will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all replay stations are properly configured and ready for every Warriors home game

  • Perform live game day operation of the primary Evertz Dreamcatcher

  • Maintain storage system and content library on each station

  • Collaborate with other Replay Operators to tell the story of each play being highlighted

  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and escalate larger issues with engineering staff and product vendors

  • Partner with engineering staff to confirm all technical aspects of production are show-ready

  • Develop and maintain Dreamcatcher SOPs and technical documentation

  • Maintain and develop technical skills as required to support new and existing technologies and customer offerings

  • Other duties as assigned

Required Experience and Skills

  • Minimum 3 years in Replay Operation for live sports productions for both television and scoreboard shows

  • Strong background in control room production equipment including graphics and video switcher systems

  • Acute attention to detail and exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Excellent interpersonal relationship building

  • Preferred working knowledge of Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Suite tools

Time Commitment

  • Must be able to work majority of Warriors home games (i.e., evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.) from October to June (preseason, regular season and potential playoff games) including evenings, weekends and holidays (other non-Warriors events may be required)

  • Ability to work other non-Warriors related events as needed
